Yup mate, just make sure you’re signed in with all your payment info all saved. I got it into a basket around 5 times before I got lucky and actually authorised a payment quick enough to get it. Just have to be super fast, good luck on getting one! Still waiting for my payment to come out

Thanks for the reply! I’ve got one in my MS basket but when I go to check out I get an error. And one in game basket, I go to pay via paypal/card and then it tells me it’s out Of stock! Bloody pain!

Just rang and spoke to Microsoft they have sold me one from their Poland stock delivery is estimated for the 10th. Only difference is you need to buy a £10 power cable or power adapter. It is also £3 cheaper due to exchange rates

So I’ve been in contact with Game in regards to money and delivery - they said that if it says it will be delivered in x days payment will be taken soon and will be delivered as scheduled.

Congrats I think you lost out on the game pre order ? I did the same but called Microsoft up and they did it over the phone. Got email confirmation and money already taken out of account. Depends what you played back in the day?

I'm similar, i went ps4 for last gen. I'm actually going to spend my first few weeks going through gamepass, i used to love the Fable games so I'm going to enjoy replaying them. I also never got to play Arkham Origins on the 360 so ill pick that up and work through that too

I be honest with so few new games coming out - the game pass is a good shout especially if you are coming Xbox after so long. I am actually waiting for cyber punk in long run so not really got my eye on any new game apart from that.

No, I wouldn't worry. Although some payments will be taken 'UP' to 7 days before release, I'm sure a lot of payments will be taken when the the product is actually shipped. Which is normal on any other order.

Is it safe to assume that if payment isn’t taken by saturday then it’s not coming for launch day? Mine says 48 Royal Mail delivery so latest it can be shipped is Saturday.

Yeah I'd say Sunday. They can't ship without confirmed payment. I'd expect the majority of payments are taken today though, as they give 48 hours for you to update your payme t details if they don't go through.

Morning all, I managed to snag a Series X + play and charge kit on 24/10, and had an order confirmation e-mail at the time but nothing since. I haven't been charged or had the dispatch e-mail so I raised a ticket with GAME today just to ask if everything looked okay with the order and got this: "Thank you for your email. We can confirm your order was placed successfully and it looking fine. You'll receive an email when the payment is due to be taken and another when the order is dispatched." Hope that puts some of your minds at ease!

This is also on the Game Website: When will I be charged for a pre-order? Funds will usually be charged to your card at the time of despatch, however, charges can be taken up to 7 working days before release date.

Honestly, I just refresh the page and sometimes ‘out of stock’ turns into ‘checkout’. Over the last 4 days only had that 3 times. Only got to secure checkout 2/3 times

Microsoft store doesn't work, its a glitch, had it in my basket 3 times and cant make payments, spoke to customer services and they said they have no stock and it should of allowed us to add to basket. although they are expecting it not to be too long until more stock arrives.

Managed to speak to GAME customer service. Confirmed my pre-order is live and secured. Payment will be taken at any time this week but with the launch being the 10th it could be right up to the 9th November before payment is taken. Hoping I get lucky and payment comes off before then, but thought I would share in case anyone is worried! May just be a case of waiting an extra few days after launch to get it but I'll be delighted with that!

Yeah, i have no idea what happened but i was understandably p***ed off. I just called microsoft like the others did below, they have none in here but some in stock in Poland. Worked out cheaper too

I think they cancelled bundles maybe the ran out of the bundled item so they had to cancel the entire order but if you ordered an xbox on its own you should be set

Mine was a bundle, but i noticed that people who had ordered the same bundle AFTER me had been charged and had their order confirmed. That's what annoyed me. It should have been in date order.

I am now the same as you. Waiting and hoping they take the money. I am more than happy being in this situation after trying for the last 4 days. If they cancel my order then they cancel it, the way I see it am in the best position I can be so all I can do now is wait. I am optimistic, that considering all the shops selling them that there will be some stock soon after release date
