I would be very surprised at this. Quite a few after this date have paid already, and Game have already said that we shouldn't have to wait too long for our delivery. The fact we've ordered means we've had an item of stock assigned to us.

I've ordered on the 23rd and still no payment taken yet. Until Monday will be fine. When I pre ordered on Nintendo UK they always charged me the day before the release day and always got my stuff on d1.
Stay chill till Monday, then, yes, panic

I know. But if you've ordered before the 24th should be fine, don't know, Nintendo manage a one day delivery by Royal Mail, Game could as well. If I don't get my console on day one I'll go full Karen mode as they were guaranteed.

Heads up I got email from game today stating more stock of series x and s on launch day quote very limited stock online available only. Personally I think you got more chance of farther Christmas getting stuck in your chimney stack Christmas Eve screaming at you for a mince pie 😂

Does anyone think the email that we received today saying they'll have new stock for delivery on 18/12 was from registering interest for XSX and not related to our orders (despite placing one after 24/10)? I'm still holding out on my payment going through even though I placed the order yesterday. Not overly convinced on receiving it launch day but I hope it'll be maybe a week after.

I managed to place an order yesterday and have received no email about December stock. I understood placing an order after the 24th Oct would mean I possibly wouldn’t get the console on launch, which I’m fine with, I expect this to be a week maximum, not December! I would like to know whether I am on this December stock list, because I would prefer to cancel and take my chances with a launch day in store purchase from another retailer

Yeah it wouldn't make any sense to me that we were able to pre-order (must've had one in stock if it went into my basket and through checkout) and then we'd have to wait till mid-December for our delivery. I guess we'll find out in the coming days if our orders go through or not.

Can confirm the email today about new stock to order on launch day for delivery by 18 December is not linked to orders made. I know as they emailed me at an email I had used to register interest ages ago. I managed to place an order yesterday and used a different email address and that one hasn’t received that email.

Good stuff, you seem to be the only one on here getting a reply. I don't believe they can make us wait so long for the simple fact that others who've ordered later have had money taken. They wouldn't take your money then hold it for over a month. Also, they cant prioritise some who ordered late, and make others wait

I've just had a look on our system, and I can confirm that the order was placed and processed correctly. The order is live for one Xbox Series X console and a Carbon Black controller, and is currently awaiting payment. Atleast it’s not cancelled ...

They follow up to this when I asked if The order should be secured and when the payment was gonna come out was: it has been processed correctly. The payment should be taken in the next few days automatically on our system.

Yes the first couple if times it said it couldnt be added to basket and then on the 3rd try it allowed it to be added and paid for, this was at 1am. I was actually just waiting to see if seroes x would follow the s stick on amazon and tried game by chance. I was super surprised and took a screenshot but 25 mins later the confirmation email arrived

in my basket it says delivered on the 10th but the lady on the chat is telling me they dont have it in stock, they said they will get them in stock on the 10th and delivered the following days.

Hello everyone game are going to ship Monday 9th November all retailers are in uk for Xbox series x For next day delivery on Tuesday 10th that’s for all the people who got there pre-order in when they first went live to pre-order. Not all these people who have ordered all these cancellations orders especially after there disclaimer date For me those people need to contact game and if you do get one after launch day and before Christmas You have done extremely well consider yourself lucky. These consoles are going to be in very short supply for months after release date if you search the net you will see Microsoft have already admitted this is the case. Couple of days to go now people I’m 100% sure game will start taking our cash very soon Good luck to everyone no matter when you ordered 😊

Don't see any reason why people who ordered cancellations should expect much of a delay. If that was stock supposed to be going out on day one then it hasn't just disappeared and should be ready to go around release.

I don't men top**s on anyone's cornflakes but from Microsoft mine and others are in transit today. I'm sure you will all hopefully still get day 1. Game have reallyp**sed me off with all this. So unprofessional especially for something as big as a next gen console launch that happens every few years.

Microsoft are using UPS or FedEx I think which generally need to be in transit sooner than Royal Mail if you’re doing a mass transit order for a company. So I still have some hope that game will charge/ship on Monday but also, am not holding out hope. Tbh, I’ve been so stressed about it the last few days that I forced myself to just chill out over it now. They’ve told me my order is safe - so I’ve got a Series X secured, and if it doesn’t get shipped out for launch then that’s fine. As long as they don’t cancel and I don’t have to go through the process of trying to snag one again I don’t mind. That being said, if they’re saying new ones go on sale on Tuesday AM and I haven’t heard back from game by then...I’m going to have to make a decision.

Your right ups is the courier had shipped email now from Microsoft. I do t know what games hold up is. Its not like they haven't had them satin warehouse for weeks now. Physical preorder s had the console bought to them to be scanned when making payment days ago. So they have then. There just taking forever to take payments and send them out. Which is crazy Co sidering the lock down and extra strain on couriers these days

The series s it's amazing for it's price, but it's clearly for anyone who has skipped Microsoft's previous generation or to the people who wants a second console with their Switch/Ps5. Will be more or less on par with the XboxX specs wise, so if you had it already just wait and don't jump on the hype train.

So I tweeted Game a few hours ago asking them to respond to my DM. Game have not responded to my tweet, despite responding to others after me. They've also read my DM without responding. I get the feeling they are ignoring pre-order questions because a) they don't have a proper answer or b) they know the answer but just don't want to say.

They DMd me back yesterday when I asked what’s going on with my pre order (Ordered 30th October) the guy said that my pre order is secured and live which means it will not be cancelled. Then I asked when will the payment come out and he said the system Will automatically Take it out within the next few days. I paid £10 for 48RM delivery which is 2 days, and by the looks of things my money will not be coming out until it’s been dispatched 2 days before sending it. Basically there’s no need to worry if you pre ordered.
