I had one with game you can probably scroll down to see my comments but then I looked at the discuss page on AO.CON and they were in stock , I went onto ao and it was in stock easily went though and confirmed the payment I got an email straight away saying the order was coming the release date and the money was taken straight out of my account if your sick of game go and try AO but remember to cancel the game order I nearly forgot hope you all get your payments soon good luck

ao had some in stock try there I had one with game but canceled and got one with ao they take your payment straight away and give an xbox on release just keep trying there it might say out of stock but its not there drip feeding them

I get people are annoyed, but this isn't anyone's fault but GAME. Besides, I've only seen one or two people on here with cancelled orders and there is plenty of time for your payment to be taken and your console to be delivered on day one. People just need to stop spitting their dummies out before anything is confirmed

Make sure you have all your details saved and sign in with your GAME account. I had it in my basket a few times on PC but failed to get it, then one day I was just trying to get it on my phone then I got one through and quickly checked it out luckily it went through! Ordered mine on the 30th around 6PM. Still waiting for the money to come out I’m praying it doesn’t get cancelled. I’m sure you can still get one now, especially if people fail to pay their pre order money tomorrow there could be some consoles cancelled for order... good luck to anyone who’s getting it or still waiting for the money to come out like me

I got an email to say it hadnt gone through and that i had 48hrs to sort out payment details. Payment had been blocked by Halifax so quickly sorted with them and then went onto Game website and s*elected update payment details and in there was an option to try existing details again when i clicked this the payment went through and a few minutes later i had confirmation email from Game.

Yep, it’s exactly the same as paying with cr*dit card but you do have an extra few steps. the money was showing as Pending straight away and was taken yesterday.

I just snagged an Xbox Series X. Call Microsoft store direct. They are shipping Series X from Poland distribution centre, as UK is fully sold out and will be for a long time apparently. It’s £3 cheaper, and they gave me 3mo ultimate pass + gold online pass for £1!

I've created a support ticket to ask for clarification on if the order went through; I've provided the order number so hopefully I should get a straight-forward yes or no.
