I couldn't earlier, just had No results come up on the delivery tracking website. Now it is telling me my parcel number, and that they're expecting my parcel shortly.

Ordered mine today at 11:30 got a dispatched email at 12. So I recommend you guys just keep refreshing the smyths website. That’s what I did

Ordered 12th came today. Thanks to dpd. Wanted an AC edition but i cant complain. Smyths made my bday gift possible and shipped within an hour of it being ordered. I hope you all can secure one too.

guys i've just managed to pre-order a grey switch, was going to give up after I saw I missed the previous restock but just keep refreshing!! Hopefully my order doesn't get cancelled but good luck

Very gutted! Got one in my basket but it wouldn’t let me pre order because it said it was out of stock. I think I’m going to accept that it’s just not meant to be because it’s happened so many times. Good luck to everyone else

I tried to pre-order 3 times. No luck. Seems to be hit and miss. It took my payments details and everything but then didn't confirm.

That’s so disappointing, I’d be even angrier than I was when I just missed out. It said preorder on here, the website says pre-order, quickly added it to my basket and then it said out of stock and wouldn’t let me check out.

Is it just luck that quite a few of you were refreshing the Smyths site and came across the preorder? I don't know where I'm going wrong, I've missed the pre-order for AC switch and just the normal one twice now. I have the stock informer webpage up all day with the alarm on...

For some reason the stock informer page was not showing they were in stock for pre-order at all until the animal crossing ones were long gone! The only reason I was able to nab one was because I happened to be one of these discussion pages at the right time and people were saying to look on Smyths Toys! I got one and a minute later they were gone!
Hopefully this means other UK retailers will release pre-orders soon though! Good Luck!

Managed to preorder around 2pm this afternoon! Got an email confirmation from Smyths too so hopefully that means ive bagged myself one!
