Been trying for 2 hours now. In my basket ready and once it shows in stock I quickly try to press checkout now and it either crashes or says its no longer available. Stupid way to buy, I'd rather wait in a queue. Ridiculous this now

Had three attempts since 8am, all transactions were successful but still no text/email confirmation. Always said ‘we had a problem processing your order’ after I paid, have tried different bank cards but still. Whyyyyyy

ive managed to get one how long does it take to get confirmation email as ive only had the text and ive rung argos and there customer service is about as useful as a cloth cock

What I don't understand is I click on to see what stores have it as it still says "in stock" but when clicked on it says collection is not available in any of our stores?! So Argos won't deliver. Can't collect but hey, we have in stock still. Like wtf do you want us to do?!!

Had the same problem as all the comments below, so used the Argos App which worked straight away. Maybe use this for the next release and good luck!.

I finally got one this afternoon after weeks of trying. I had it in my basket, and there was no click and collect stock, but after repeatedly trying to change the store (effectively refreshing the system) finally found stock about 40 mins away. Keep checking folks and good luck. Must say I'm happy with the price at argos. Same as PS direct, and nearly 130 pounds less than Littlewoods for the same item.

RUBBISH i went in to the Blackpool branch they had none delivered ..she knew of one store that received 14 consoles & another store that received 1 console ...they never received any

If the money has come out you will have proof of purchase, I know some people earlier in the thread had orders and then emails cancelling order and refunding. fingers crossed it goes through for you

I thought I had no confirmation email but it ended up in my spam folder, but it does show up on my Argos account, you could try their customer helpline but I bet the wait will be pretty long..worth a try though

Guys, keep trying. I got one a 4 hour train ride away, but got it after Stock Informer showed it was out of stock. I just spotted one available in Louth too. If you're willing to go out of way to get one, it seems like there are some still available

It's taken me 5 weeks searching across all stores, but I finally purchased one online through Argos as I sat in my local Argos carpark 45 minutes before store opening in case or a store drop. The online availability store is 30 minute drive away but couldn't care less. Edgware - North London.
