Added to basket at around 4 this morning 8oclock came in stock at 5 near me got to go to payment crashed every time !!

Same issue as others have mentioned , added to basket but no stock in any stores near me ,and not available for home delivery. Luckily I have one coming today from Amazon , thanks to the stockinformer alert yesterday 👍

I think they are having trouble with their site, I don't think it's stock going. If it is then scalpers have found a way to bypass things because I had one in my basket even before they went live and since then I've been hitting refresh several times and nothing. It's like they are there but somethings not working properly. I think it's Argos technical fault, has to be.

I'm in the south of England. But keep checking they make it available. There is a problem with their server sometimes it is available sometimes not.

I got one straight away on line at 8am collection on sat small glitch at paying side but went straight in and revived email confirmation from Argos . Happy days good look every body else hope you all get 1 sorted

Argos app is rubbish they had stock but by time it loaded it was gone even when i was in payment for one... so hard for people who work to get one.. been after one since last year its ridiculous

Finally after a year I managed to bag one for my boy. Got to say though both me and my wife were on the Argos website constantly refreshing. Finally got a click and collect. Shouldn't be like this though, it's ridiculous

Why is it that the Argos on-line ordering system is in constant meltdown when trying to order anything (let alone PS5); and if trying to contact by telephone, all you get is an automated instruction to return to **** etc. This problem is not in isolation, especially if trying to pay off an account, when yet again you need to telephone and go through an automated system..........either way is not quicker or easier so what is the point?

Just got one , I think, from a store about 20 miles away from where I live. Due to arrive at the store on Saturday. I have a text but no email as of yet. Can cancel my rip off purchase from Littlewoods. Woohoo - maybe.

Now have email confirmation of purchase but have to wait for a further confirmation that the unit has actually arrived in the shop before setting off to collect. The provisional date has been confirmed as Saturday.

Randomly found one by changing locations and now have the email. Pick up Saturday. I note on the website that 'release date 19 November'. I wonder if stock updates are only just starting to come in to the system?

As a disabled person who has to self isolate I cannot go 60 miles to pick up the PS5. This company also refuses to deliver. Not a happy bunny. This company has lost me as a customer.

Managed to get one at 8.36 at a store 4 miles away, should be ready for collection tomorrow morning. Means I can cancel the bundle from Game with games/extras I neither wanted nor needed.

It was preorder delivery by the 29th - was available yesterday, so not a specific store as such.

So after having the same issues as everyone else I went into my local Argos and was able to order one for home delivery this afternoon. Fingers crossed it turns up.

I think Argos are drip feeding this. I tried all morning to get one from my local store...nothing. But just now I was able to order another one, so I've now bagged 2 this morning (one for me and one for my brother who's currently out of the country on holiday) so I would say to people, keep refreshing the checkout box.
