Website is complete s*** storm, one minute in stock next unavailable. Then if you add to trolley it doesn't let you check out. Just a cluster f*** of massive proportions and a website unfit for modern day purpose

For anyone wondering, the card payment wasnt working for me so I payed with PayPal and it worked like a charm. Got my confirmation email a minute after order.

I just spoke to someone from Argos as i was up at 6am trying to get one, i have 4 pending payments but no email, they have just confirmed that as i didnt get a confirmation email all 4 orders did not go through

Without the confirmation email I don't believe the pre order was successful, you should receive an email within 2 hours.

Paypal seems to go through far more easily, would recommend using that if any more pop up. When I got mine, I had one in my basket, it was saying "delivery not available", but after refreshing for ages it just changed to "available" and I easily completed the order paying via Paypal. Got a confirmation email a couple of minutes later.

I paid mine with PayPal and had an email to say it had been paid to Argos but nothing to confirm the order from Argos. I have also paid for 1 on my card which has taken the money but no email from Argosnon that one either.
