Ordered the grey switch with pokemon shield on the 7th at 10:53am. Received an email on the 9th saying my switch will be delivered on monday the 11th. Thank you Stock Informer.

Ordered on 8/05/20 and was given the "awaiting stock" notification. Rang very and they said they would update when new stock came in... New stock came in twice and they failed to allocate me a switch, Now they've said they cocked up and are giving me a refund *sigh*

i've been trying since the start of march. It's not worth even thinking about anymore as theres just too many people and bots instantly snagging them. Looks like i won't be getting one for at least another month. I've been asked 'any switches today' by my 3 boys every single day. Hate to disappoint them.

I had it in my basket and went to buy. The website logged me out and then showed an empty basket. Since then I keep getting emails to pay for my items in my basket, which are not there. Wrote to complain but got a rubbish answer saying that it was my fault and the emails are just advertising stuff that is out of stock.

Thanks so much for the service, I ordered a neon on the 18/05 and got the email saying stock was limited. Today when I check my very account the message says "No longer available", with no option to cancel the order. Has anyone else seen this on very before, they have no customer service available either. cheers

Yep, I had that yesterday on a RingFit order. My account shows it as being refunded and the order cancelled. No emails from them to say this though

shambles ..order confirmed yesterday (Neon & Blue) and cash taken ...even got given a delivery date of Saturday ...today order cancelled ..then 20 mins later got an alert they had more stock ..not going through all that again ..and giving them another £320..Why couldn't they simply fulfill my order rather than cancelling it ??

Is there anyway to leave audio notifications off for such few units? I know this can be done for email notifications but I'm more interested in the audio notifications.

if anyone missed the drop earlier try looking on game, they have grey consoles in bundles with 2 games for about 400, still much cheaper than the ebay resellers and i bagged one easily on it

Just tried paying on my CC 3 times, it kept just going back to the login screen. Instead payed via Paypal, on the CC and it went through fine - hopefully they don't just cancel it.
