Hi all - I placed the order today at 16:44 and the order status is still "Awaiting stockDelivery by Thursday 16 April". In the meantime, I received an email confirming the order but the delivery time was "We are sorry but your item is no longer available. - The amount that you have available to spend on your account will be updated overnight.". And the amount was all £0 in the email. Does it mean it was cancelled? Thanks!

Ordered at 14:59, the minute the came in stock, got confirmation email and text, order still in processing. Not declined or cancelled.

Tried to cancel my order before it was dispatched with no luck what so ever. I'm trying to think if it is beneficial to send it back to very once it gets here I'm not sure what that process is like but from reading reviews.. I don't want any of that stress. Especially at a time like this.

Ordered on the 8th, got the confirmation yesterday and the Switch arrived today! (10/04/20) The delivery said by the 16th, so surprised it came early! Ordered animal crossing on Smyths since Very didn’t have them in stock, so now got to wait for that 😆

I got the dispatch email at around 2pm, and I only got the dispatch email and there was no tracking details available. Only said the delivery date which was the 16th 😊

Ordered at 4:13pm. Got an email from royal mail saying that the recipient has requested for the item not to be delivered today and that they will deliver on the next working day - strange as I had not told Very or Royal Mail not to deliver

Funnily enough, it showed up 10mins ago. Tracking never changed. So I guess Very ordered directly from Nintendo and had them delivered straight to me since I had the “sorry information not available” message.

Not sure about the phones lines hun, but Very do offer a Collect+ service too where you can return stuff. I think you have to find your local store and they would be able to print a label for you if that helps at all. I hope it goes okay xoxo 😄

Ummm... tbh I haven't seen a Very restock for the Switches yet but one must be coming soon (not sure)! Smyths, Argos and Amazon are having stock come in and out so keep an eye out, sign up to notifications and I am sure you will have some luck hun, all the best and fingers crossed! xoxo 🤞

I would avoid them. Some pretty shady dealers. They took money from my account then cancelled the order and still haven't returned the money.

Oh no! That is awful, I think it is because of the circumstances... processes are taking a little longer than usual which makes sense but I have ordered from Very in the past and had no issues. I think all businesses are under lots of stress like the rest of the world xoxo

I ordered a switch from very on the 8th of April and I still haven’t got my money back after it said that my order has been declined. I never received any sort of email from very even mentioning the cancellation.

I panicked and filled in fake household income information in a rush and now it won't let me checkout. It says I don't qualify for a loan even when I click pay for by cr*dit card. Caveat to anybody who said they are unemployed living with parents and have a household income of 0

There was an option underneath to not have to set up an account with the income stuff, I did that and managed to not have to fill out any of that because I just wanted to pay out right anyway x

No I am not like that, however I do pay attention at how these sites operate to make it fair for everyone, and noticed flaws in few sites regarding that, but at least they're trying to limit now even though there are ways around it, therefore gives chance to others to buy it. Nintendo for instance allowed more than one bundle which is a bit shady, not sure if that's changed now.
