Ah ok.. that's give me a little more confidence then, need to cancel my Nintendo which has lied to me 3 times about dispatch (10th, 14th then 24 hours) but didn't want to cancel until I can full confirmation its on its way

Managed to order, put in delivery address and paid via PayPal which showed the correct delivery address. Confirmation email from PayPal also showed the correct address. But the confirmation email from very shows a different address. Has this happened to anyone else?

Uh oh I would start trying to ring them now just to be sure, or if you still have access to the other address just get them to forward it on to you/collect it yourself to stop further complications. They may say they can't chance the address (I have no idea though)

Ordered today, money has been taken but received an email at 6pm after a missed phone call asking me to call them about my account. Anxious as I’m guessing this is to tell me they’re cancelling my order

I had the same issue yesterday. Ordered it yesterday, order status was pending for hours, missed a call from them at around 6pm. Tried to call back but lines shut down. Received an update shortly after the missed call that the order was declined. Tried to call today with a hold time of more than two hours, no answer. Just want my money back!

Received an email yesterday to say they had the grey in stock. Purchased the item online. Very took the money out of my account. Received an email today to say that the order had been cancelled and they were refunding my money. Tried to contact Very and was on the hold for over 2 hours. Needless to say I wont be getting one and am on the search to find another. Wont be using Very ever again.

I bought two accidentally on 15th, I wasn’t sure that the first one went through so got a second one. The first one went through and the second one says not in stock so money is being refunded. I think the stock is flying out so quickly, you prob bought one just as they ran out.

I ordered on the 15th and it says 24hr, it was at the mail centre this morning at 7am which then needs to be sent to my local delievery office, does that mean I won’t get it until Monday now? 😩

I think it will be down to the local sorting office and what their manning is like. Mine only arrived there at 0720, and it says due out today. Good chance you’ll get it tomorrow if not today

Ordered a grey switch on 15/04 around 15:10. Received delivery today (17/04) at 10:15 from Royal Mail. Really pleased with the fast delivery time! A 2 day turnaround in these times is pretty remarkable. Thanks Stock Informer as I would probably have missed the stock listing without you. Good luck to those still looking.

Mine arrived at the local distribution office at 7:20 this morning, so I'd imagine you're likely to get it tomorrow if it arrives at your local distribution office by this afternoon/tomorrow morning.

Hello, can someone advice me? I tried to buy a switch from very a few days ago, i received an email saying they are out of stock and the total for the order was £0. Just to check I messaged them on fb yesterday and the girl told me as the email was saying £0 they won’t take the money out of my account, however i have checked my bank account and they have took the money today... Which is very weird and its stressing me out massively, I messaged them on FB again and have aSked for a refund but I see a lot of negative comments on here and I don't know if there is anything else I can do to help get the money back as quickly as possible

I have used Very a lot so I have an account with them but always pay everything before the deadline. Email from stockinformer came through so in about 4 taps I was able to purchase a neon one using my Very account which also lets me pay it over 12 months as well. Just don’t give up. Ordered Thursday 16th, said delivery Monday 20th but it arrived yesterday. So happy with it.

I sent a private message on facebook explaining what happened and they said it would be refunded between 5/7 working days. I didn't give any account details just asked the question. It was put back into my account yesterday so the hunt is back on for another Switch lol. Good luck getting your money back.

Did they charged you for a delivery? And if it was like that did they refund it? I got my money back but only for the switch and i also paid for delivery so I will be claiming the money for the delivery too!

Hi guys, I am here again for advice, so very refunded my money but only £279,99 which corresponds to the switch but I paid them £283,98 including £3,99 for a delivery that didn’t happened... because they were out of stock. I should claim that £3,99 right? I mean its not my fault that the item was not delivered... they are so clever, if nobody complains they get £3,99 from each of us, anyone here had the same issue? Any tips?

Just received my switch today which was ordered on the 15/04/20 after Royal mail delivered to the wrong sorting depot 😅. Thank you Stock Informer. Wouldn't of got this without your great site 🙌👍 Bit of advice to everyone put all email and bell notifications on. If you are planning to order from Very and want to pay by debit or cr*dit card the best thing to do is set up a Very cr*dit account because the checkout process is much faster that way and then pay off your account once you receive your Switch. This also avoids any refund complications if your order gets cancelled or pending in any way. Good Luck all.

I think the email address might be queries...(at symbol - sorry can't paste it in)...very...co...uk (the email won't paste at all), I am not entirely sure though and they will probs take sometime getting thought the emails... have you tried calling? That might be faster with the current situation. I saw that Very also suggest to log in to your account go from there because you can check your order, arrange a return, check your balance, make a payment etc... 😄 Sorryyy I hope that helps a little xoxo 😊

Managed to buy one however it has been lost by Royal Mail - it dropped off from tracking on Saturday when it got to the central mailing centre... RM are opening an investigation. Has anybody experienced this before? Feels like this was the last chance I had to nab a switch and I am feeling very unlucky.
