I ordered at 10:58 and got a confirmation saying "We're now processing the order you placed on 7th May 2020 and we'll be in touch again to let you know when your item(s) is on its way." It also says it will be delivered by the 12th. Hope that helps.

If you track parcel on your Very account it will tell you if your order is processed, hope that helps

mine says order still being processed but my delivery updated from "Expected by 14th May" to "Your parcel will arrive on or before the 14th May" Surely these orders must be correct and we should get them if you placed an order in time?

Im hoping so. Im just nervous that my order has been processing for the last hour and only the app says that it's been processed. Im going to keep checking throughout the day in case they oversold, but I got an order in before the alert came up on here so fingers crossed

dang i thought i got mine but ive just clicked on 'my orders' now and it says 'Sorry, no longer available' and when i go to my transaction history it says theyre refunding me. does anyone know how long it takes for Very to refund things ? or just how long it takes for things to refund in general cus i cant order another until ive got that money back

I created a new account yesterday because i couldn't access my old one, they called because there were similar details but different information like address and name etc. They called to check that all the information i entered was correct and true.

Managed to order this afternoon and now have a Royal Mail tracking number. Yay! Wasn’t expecting to have to get Pokemon Shield but oh well. Will definitely have to download Animal Crossing and Breath of the Wild one I get it. Thanks stockinformer!

Yes it says free returns on the website. I'm hoping to return mine as well but I can't get to the post office so hopefully they use hermes or someone who can collect.

Been reading some reviews of people’s experiences with Very returns, as there’s no way to contact them at the moment people are being left out of pocket. May be best just to sell the item!
