Looking on games customer support those that ordered on the 7th, if you s*elected 24h priority then delivery will be by the 15th and all others by the 22nd. No mention of the ones ordered on the 8th as yet

In the email for those who have ordered all access it does say it will be shipped the day before the “release” date, which in this case is cited as 31/01/21. I would imagine it would be close to if not on this date. Still hoping it’s early though.

they are i think but so are lots of companies who are still operating phone lines and ansewering messages with non standard response. best response i have had is giving me information that was applicable for orders back in November. Now the only number is saying office is now closed, try back between 9-5 and its 1.30 , but have closed it for lunch tbf

I have been speaking to them about changing the delivery address as I couldnt change the delivery address when purchasing. Anyway they said that the item has left their warehouse now so they can't do anything about it. They also gave me the tracking number but said that it won't work until they send the dispatched email

Maybe they are doing batch despatches if only so many can be sent on one day via Royal Mail, I know some of the couriers my company has contracts with only allow a certain amount every day

ChrisB83 - I submitted a ticket and got a response 2 days later then just responded via email. I did submit a couple of tickets and managed to get a decent person who replied quite quickly to my questions. I also tried to contact them via twitter but I was just ignored on there!

I don’t work for either Game or Microsoft, but I have knowledge of the industry. If you’ve received a ‘your item is being prepared’ notification but not a ‘dispatched’ one, chances are the item is still on the way to their warehouse. Typically serial numbers and other references are sent to suppliers ahead of stock arrival as it allows them to allocate goods to orders. Once they receive the stock they will very likely do their best to send it out ASAP. Suppliers like Game will have multiple distribution centres, which would explain why some people will receive theirs earlier so don’t worry if you’re still waiting - it’s normal. The good news is on their website they’ve said 07/01 orders will be delivered by 15/01 (priority) and 22/01 (regular), which is still pretty good. I ordered 08/01 but I’m sure that will not be too much further out.

You should get a text and or email from Royal mail once it hits there network, Royal mail will say otherwise ... I ordered a controller in a separate order thats how the dispatch happened . I have my controller but no movement other than "Packing" since by All Access order on the 8th :-( and no response to twitter or emails

Extinction135, you are already are it seems but my advice is to keep monitoring the forums and not just the main stock page. I learned that they were available by randomly clicking on the GAME discussion link, and saw some fo the discussion on the 7th. Was to late to order then but monitored the day after at the same time and got one. I also missed the last stock on veryDOTcom for about 20 min. Keep trying mate and best of luck!

New customer as well, it comes just down to luck, one thing to watch is if you manage to get into a Q for one, i was lucky as i was getting message unable to complete try again and kept on refreshing page rather than closing and trying again , and after about 15-20min i got one, just remember 20 mins to complete but each full application does a hard check on cr*dit.

Pure luck Rossi. Have the various pages open and refresh when you get an opportunity. Look at the discuss threads like this one - people post on them as soon as they’re able to order. I’ve not seen stock release overnight (although I know that Argos did it last week).

Jimbo , I am in Edinburgh, dispatched email from Game yesterday, but no message from RM, but did get the code from Game, its been sat since 4pm last night say information sent to RM, RM advised me on phone this could mean its been picked up and is at Sorting Office (Thats what they assume in this case) and yet to be scanned or worst case still to be picked up from Game. They have confirmed items from there are tracked and insured but tracking may not show until its started on the process through Sorting Office. Worst case though delivery can be upto the 20th Jan!
