Mine was delivered at 8am. Tracking still says with carrier but no money taken yet. No doubt they will take it though they apparently have up to 6 months to take it we are currently on day 58 out of 181 they have to take it by.

Have paid now as well! Just seen some Amazon orders have been swapped for rice / cat food / other things! I sincerely hope that happens to no one here, gutted for them! Maybe we did do good going with JD!🙈

Ikr, was also reading about most of those retailers experiencing this. We must have chosen the stealthy option and got by safely. I’m sure those affected will rectified and be put right those with no uncertainty. It’ll be on the retailers which is kind of sad because someone ends up losing out, and unfortunately the retailers I’m sure actually did their best for people. Hope they trace those stolen IMEI and serial numbers which I’ve no doubt they eventually will.

Mine delivered on Thursday mid afternoon by parcel force. Money now taken. No issues but tracking was non existent

Mine has but it's dated back to 23rd September when I placed the order. So maybe check your bank back then.

I know that the payment went into pending back in September but jd williams never collected it, so the money is still in my account waiting to be lifted out, just thought it was a bit strange

Massive thanks to Stockinformer for helping me secure my console on launch day. It's quiet a story to tell buying my console from a women's fashion retailer :-) Now I just need some PS5 friends, I leaped from an Xbox 360, lots to learn.

Is anyone having any issues with COD? The local multiplayer is also buggy. It always freezes on the load out screen for one player (there is a work around) and it’s really inconsistent on what maps you can pick bots for etc

All my games have weird lines on the screen, like guns and people are stretched out so I think my GPU is faulty in the Console

I received one to there maybe hope for us yet but it has been confirmed that you’ll only get an email once dispatched so the email was just agreeing to purchase one on your account although not guaranteed

Totally agree it is genuinely stressing me out now staying up til late in case of drops. Have had two orders cancelled and the other day failed at the checkout stage. My son had saved all year and we were going to put the rest to get him one and I feel have let him down

Parents guilt is thee worst! But we will get them, them as soon as we possibly can 🤞😔. I've explained to my son that mums and dads have to buy these things and send them to Santa to bring to them as they can be very difficult to get and he doesn't have time to find them and ive told him how much trouble we are all having to get a hold of the ps5. Hopefully he wont be as disappointed as I am for him and can look forward to getting it in January.....hopefully 🤞! Ive made myself ill with the sleepless nights and just constantly stressing trying so ive decided it's absolutely not worth making urself ill over and if it's meant to be it will be. I got a confirmation email for a bundle but there is also a bit that says “ Subject to stock availability and approval, we will email you again shortly to confirm your order is on its way.” The delivery date says expected by 18th December but hasn’t been confirmed? I’m assuming that this means that there is still a chance the order could be cancelled? Thanks.

I received my invitation email yesterday 10/12 8:26pm I replied at 8:36pm acknowledgement email was received at 8:37 Today 11/12 I received my order & delivery confirmation at 11:49 am

I replied to the email at 830 last night not heard anything today Just live chat to them to tell me they have put a temporary stop on the bundles as some greedy people have applied more than once so they will start sending emails out again 🤷♀️So who knows

😮 Lynn2010 that is awful, some people are scandalous. The email was very precise about only ordering one. Those people should be put to the bottom of the list! I guess I’ll just have to wait and see if the order confirmation results in a despatch notice.

Yes the same so it was a shock when I actually got the order confirmation email. The balance has been taken off my cr*dit limit also so fingers crossed. I actually ordered via fashionworld which I believe is owned by JD Williams.

It was around 20:48 last night and got the ‘thank you for your interest’ email almost immediately. Then the order confirmation email at 13:42 today!

I haven’t even had a cancellation email yet, it’s just showing as cancelled in the track my order bit of my account. Such a palaver. They should just put the stock on their website instead of disappointing everyone with cancelled orders or waiting to hear!

Thank you, I’ve been stressing out over this! When I heard about the Argos drop, I was up until 1.30am waiting, then I set the alarm for 3.50am as well 🤪 but kept putting it in the basket and then kept saying not in stock but can get it from here Milton Keynes and nope kept doing the same! Think I have to face to facts I won’t get one for my son. Annoys me how people get them and then list on eBay for a ridiculous amount! I love my son but not prepared to pay 2k for one 😂

You can argue that they have failed to fulfil their contract as the terms of the email is we will send you a confirmation email once it has been despatched, if you received a confirmation email, that means it must have been dispatch - the website T&C's do not cover this purchase.
