Yeh just remain silent when it asks for your tracking number and it will after three attempts redirect you to a human being.

I've just spoke to parcel force and they've said there's 3 parcels for me to be delivered tomorrow......I'm guessing the ps5 and cod but haven't a clue what the 3rd one is 🤣🤣

When you get to the tracking bit and it asks for your tracking number just say duno or make some noise. It eventually outs you through ti a person

If anyone needs to find out their tracking numbers just ring parcelforce (any) when it asks for your parcel number just let it run through until it gives up then connects you to an agent then all you need to do is give them you name and address and stuff and they’ll pass the tracking number on to you

Hey rang up and I have 1 parcel being delivered tomorrow. Got my tracking number from PF so am feeling fairly confident it will come. Someone said they had 3 parcels here though so whether it all comes is another story 😂 fml

My parcelforce woman tried to fob me off telling me I was calling too early and to go back and speak to JD Williams... she obviously aint met me... 2 mins later got my tracking number

Same mines just saying “ We have no tracks for your parcel yet. The status of your parcel will be updated in due course” basically all our tracking numbers are partially working it’s just they need to go through parcel forces proper system first, if they wasn’t working it just wouldn’t come up with anything and would be red
