It says parcel not found when you put it in hermes, it might just be too early.

It’s parcel force I’ve had issues when I’ve ordered a PS4 pro and Xbox, they won’t tell you or give you tracking but I’ve rang up already Parcelforce and they are ones delivering it, had to get tracking number, it says despatched but it hasn’t yet Parcelforce have yet to collect it from jdwilliams or fashionworld

I have sent an enquiry about delivery,please allow up to the next 48hours for delivery That's what I've just been told online chat but she's saying I don't have a tracking number just expect it in 48hrs

Ring Parcelforce just say they ain’t have you tracking number, give your name and address they find it on system and give you it but it won’t work until Parcelforce have collected it and scanned the ps5

I just got my dispatch e-mail but no payment has been taken and no tracking information so I'm still sceptical, I did have a pending payment showing when I originally ordered but it disappeared

Any clue on tracking, anyone? I’ve had confirmation email for dispatch but no specific tracking. It just says straight from supplier. There is a long number but no indication for which service.

That’s dispatch number not tracking it’s Parcelforce, I’ve rang them up gave address and passed me my tracking info

It says dispatched but it’s actually still there, Parcelforce are collecting them later on so when they do and have scanned it the tracking number will work, but at the minute the Parcelforce app ain’t working so won’t be able to do live tracking other than using the website, but not sure that does proper tracking like the app.

Isn’t that the sort of tracking that just says when it’s delivered. It’s not the sort of tracking that says the guy is an hour away from you.

Yeah I’ve had to do it a few times with previous orders and jd only give a despatch number and that don’t work in tracking

For all asking, I have just called Parcelforce like suggested, they did end up giving me my tracking details but have said that JD Williams don't have tracking info themselves yet as they havnt even been collected from them. My slot with parcel force was booked by JD Williams around 6am this morning. The lady at parcel force was lovely though.

Sorry for the delay i rang 03448004466 no ive not been charged to my bank as yet. Took me about 10mins it took me to the part to track it ans when it asked for my tracking numver i just kept saying dont know and it eventually put me through to a person.
