Still saying unshipped, had an email from game saying it’s left the wear-house and they have given me tracking details, they will update once the courier receives the package not updating yet so !!onep**sed off me tbh, will never order from game ever again 😰

I had a message from customer service to say mine hasn’t arrived because of the bundle I ordered.. I only got just the Xbox with 1 controller, has anybody else just ordered this and received it? Also they said it because I only paid the £9.99 shipping not the £19.99🤔

I ordered a bundle with hat,t-shirt etc and paid £9.99 delivery and it arrived Xmas Eve and included the full bundle.

Mine was a bundle with an extra controller in white and a play and charge kit - paid the £14.99 delivery and it was dispatched 22/12 and arrived 24/12

I ordered on the 10th of November, paid in the 19th of November and still no x box 😰 just had to show my so. The receipt n tell him it’s on its way 🤷🏽♀️

I feel for those of you who didn’t receive delivery in time especially those of you who either ordered before 24th November or on 24th with the £20 delivery. Although I am seeing people bad mouthing game that ordered on 24th without priority delivery and yet you were told it wouldn’t guarantee Christmas delivery. I wholeheartedly agree game haven’t handled orders very well and the lack of communication has been dreadful but you can’t blame them for a delivery you weren’t guaranteed to get. Just a thought!

The Xbox Series X £450 was sold out soooooo fast ! I had to buy the bundle (t-shirt and hat £30 extra) to get the Series X which I don't mind, delivery date 31/01/21 - HAPPY DAYS !
