Does anyone by any chance have a contact number/email for direct.playstation****** where we are all trying to buy the PS5 from. I managed to buy one on the 23rd and It was shipped and set to be delivered on the 24th. As you can tell from the message I posted on the 24th. At 16:47 the driver sent an image of proof to show he attempted delivery but this was a picture of a store sign at the bottom of the street, the picture had clearly been taken with the driver still in the van so its obvious no attempt was actually made by him. Then all of a sudden I had updated on DPD's tracker saying the parcel is being taken to a DPD pickup point and then it was rejected for being to big then it went back to the depot and now it was set for delivery the very next day. Took the day off and waited in for it to arrive and I made sure 100000% that the delivery address was my home. All of a sudden I get an update saying the parcel had been delivered followed by an email from DPD with a pickup pass for a DPD pickup point where my parcel had been delivered. Went down there, had the QR code scanned and was told the parcel wasnt there and they have no idea why it was saying it was delivered there when it wasnt. Im going crazy trying to find a contact number for the direct.playstation and their contact a sales specialist button at the bottom of the FAQ's page doesn't work. Called DPD only to be told the sender can only get further information or start a claim. Im genuinely devastated by this whole ordeal. Been trying to get a hold of a PS5 since launch and now this happens I honestly wish I wasn't lucky enough to purchase one as it would've saved me this headache now.

Forgot to mention the DPD pick up point it ws supposedly taken to was the same one that had rejected the parcel for being to big the previous day

I am in the exactly the same situation right niw only difference being I phoned DPD up & queried what was going on, they said it was being delivered on Fri to my home address I said no one will be in & the lady checked my address then said Wed the 1st I said this is not possible due to work & now I am supposedly waiting until the 6th Dec.

I came across this site by accident on 25th around 8am. Said PlayStation had stock available, joined a queue which said an hour wait, but went down to 4 minutes. Took me straight to PlayStation (make sure you have card details already stored) and I managed to get a disk version. Was due to be delivered on 29th by Dpd but came on Saturday 😬. To those who have had problems with Dpd there has been a big issues with drivers taking parcels around Xmas as they know there are expensive gifts, know someone who works for them and it has been happening for years. Good luck with getting your money back to those who have had issues.

Seriously????? What is the point!!!!! All the way down to 2 minutes in the queue how can it jump back to an hour in the queue which I'm still in but update says now out of stock!!! How the hell are people getting them????? I'm on the queues for all shops the minute there released, how come I can't get 1 but other people can!!!!!!

You have to make a PSN account on the playstation website. Honestly you're probably unlikely to get one from these drops because they're so limited. Might be easier to buy the cheapest one you can find on eBay or something, if you can afford to pay a bit extra.

Got through again on two different devices, every time I try to complete the purchase it says an error has occurred with multiple cards. Not sure I'm going to bother trying to get one direct anymore

As of what ive said before ps are still making ps4s whereas xbox have stopped making xbox1s thats why they are in stock more frequently, what ps are doing is dumb

Had delivery of my console today, ordered from PS direct yesterday. Surprised by this as I didn’t pay the expedited delivery charge! I got an invite link to my PSN ID ostensibly because of browsing history (must have been looking at Sold Out PS5s whilst logged in). Good luck to those still on the hunt!

I had an exclusive PSD access earlier, got in quite quickly, added to basket no problem, kept erroring on payment. When I contacted support and they told me it had had sold out. This situation with PS5 is a joke, just fuelling scammers and overpriced ebay offerings. Tried this link was 20 minutes the jumped to over an hour then sold out. Just not my day Sad

I managed to get one at 11:30 GMT took me 9 months trying every company on this list, just got sold out every time, came very close to buying one off a scalper next week. I'm very happy that I managed to get one now I have the worry of will it get stolen when it is being delivered ? I know I shouldn't be negative but there is to many examples of ps5's being stolen, fingers crossed I get it in 5 working days time 🤞🍀

I wouldn't buy one from a scalper on principle. That's just feeding their own supply chain. If nobody bought from them, they'd quickly stop doing it.

Got one!!! The queue jumped from 1 hour to 3 minutes, it errored on the first payment but then worked on the second. Will just have to see if it comes now!! Big Grin
