Yes, the number in the queue (I was quite late hearing about this one ) didn't seem to drop by very much, before it went OOS. What a position to be in: a premium £450 item to sell, and can't make them quick enough!

If we don't buy from the scalpers then they get left with multiple consoles they can't shift and have to bring their prices down to below retail. Trouble is even some retailers are scalping!

Saved the money up been trying for so long to get one can’t afford the ridiculous priced ones on eBay I’m just so gutted I couldn’t do it for her feel like I’ve failed. I know it’s only PlayStation but when it’s the only thing she’s been asking for all year just wanted to make her wish come true so I’m gutted

dont overthink..just buy somethink small for now and tell her that shes gonna get ps5 she wanted little bit later since its so hard to get them . i hope she will understand. and keep refreshing these pages every day in the morning from 7 to 11 these are the times they drop the consoles most of the time

Password was rejected for some unknown reason, then my card was out of date, but couldn't add the updated one because it was the same number, by the time I managed to get everything sorted they were out of stock ffs

I set off two queues for this. One on my mobile going out of my NordVPN proxy and other several minutes after on my laptop going out of normal internet gateway. Interesting that NordVPN way put my 28700 odd in the queue as it did previously when I tried to buy direct. The laptop clicked minutes after with normal internet gateway ut me at 7200 ish in a queue. The laptop method got me in but then web pagescr*pped out trying to login to my Playstation account. I refreshed the pages a couple of times and it then managed to get me logged in. I was then able to complete a purchase without problem. Thank you stockinformer!

I have been waiting in queue since the beginning. After the 4980 queued very quickly, I ordered a new PS5, which is the second PS5 I ordered this month. And the first one was ordered on Games on the 9th of this month.
