I'm an idiot, when I clicked on Active Orders I thought the age with the orange bar was it, but when you click on the orange bar it gives you more details and it said mine's awaiting dispatch. Hope yours is the same!

The way I believe it works is that, we should receive an email to say that it has been dispatched. If we donā€™t, it means that weā€™ve been unsuccessful and wonā€™t receive one. Iā€™m not entirely sure what happens to our order though.

For anyone who placed an order the other day for a Nintendo Switch.. I received an email stating that they had received my order a few days ago and that I should await confirmation that I was able to snatch one up because Iā€™m guessing theyā€™ve had a large quantity of people wanting them. It was a pre-order. It said to wait 48 hours for that email and currently for me itā€™s a few hours off so I messaged them as Iā€™d noticed funds had been taken from my account and it said in the small print that no funds would be taken until 48 hours after dispatch. They said -

An email will confirm thisā€ I asked if I wasnā€™t quick enough to have snatched one up, Iā€™m guessing no money would have been taken and I would have already been notified and he confirmed that if I hadnā€™t secured one then Iā€™d have been made aware. So from what I take from that is if you Recieved an email saying they had received your order. Then youā€™ve most likely secured a switch

Hey. So I was feeling impatient this morning as still had no confirmation email after the 48 hours like it states. So I reserved one at Argos. Tried to cancel the Nintendo one but they responded saying ā€œ We are sorry that we have not been able to fulfil your request as it has already been posted out to you or has already entered the dispatch process.ā€ So I think if youā€™ve placed an order and it says processing and awaiting dispatch then you canā€™t cancel the order. Hope this helps. Iā€™m sure the switch will arrive eventually. So Iā€™ve cancelled the Argos and guess I have to wait out

Interesting, i too messaged Nintendo about the Grey bundle i ordered and received a completely irrelevant message back considering my order has nothing to do with the animal crossing addition! looool Thanks for getting in contact with Nintendo. I do apologise, as the Animal Crossing Nintendo Switch console was in such high demand it is no longer available. This console will no longer be available on our website in the future however we do have the Nintendo Switch, with Neon or Grey controllers, as well as the various colours for our Switch Lite consoles. Cancelled my Nintendo order this morning as I was able to get a confirmed one in the Argos batch. The order cancelled straight away so I guess I wasn't one of the lucky ones to get it from Nintendo (no money was taken out of my account and it only said processing on the order)

I can't quite remember when it came out on the 1st but I got my "We've received you order" email at 4:58... I'm pretty sure that it was only a couple of minutes after I got the notification that it was in stock that I placed it

Hi just to let people know. I ordered the grey switch and Pokemon bundle on the 1st. I got a dispatch notice and it arrived today. Shipping company was Paack. Got a surprise though. As itā€™s not the grey switch itā€™s the neon blue and red one. Interestingly my bf ordered the Luigi grey pack minutes before me, and his has still not dispatched and he has had no update. Hopefully yours will all arrive soon.
