sat in queue from about 10.30 for an hour. Shows up a list of bundles. When I click on any of them, it keeps taking me to the same playstation home page where it says buy ps5 now. when I click that it just refreshes that page.

Managed to get through and order PS5 Bundle 10 am 30/11/2021 received confirmation of order 3 Hours later received e-mail order cancelled. £609 with Paypal. Game not very helpful to be honest very abrupt kept repeating problem with transaction. Checked with bank and Paypal confirmed problem was with Game.

They have them in stock at the Game shop in Basildon. Just walk in and ask they had them this afternoon and had only sold 2 at the time.

I got one but to be delivered. Money taken, email saying it's being packed but nothing else. Website says to be shipped by 9th which i took to be end of today but could be COB tomorrow.

I bought online on 30/11/21 and I’ve had the email saying packed nothing further at all. I turned down the chance at other places as money left my account but nothing more. Feel like I’m hanging in limbo land. But glad it’s seems to be what’s happening to all and not just me!

Received mine. OP might want to check with Game if it hasnt been sent as the site mentioned click and collect orders being received by 19th November but under the 30/11 preorder info. Might be they've not changed the month.

Yes. I ordered on the 27th (last Monday) and it arrived today (31st). Don't know how long the stocks are going to last and you may be limited on the bundles you can buy but they had plenty last Monday. Good luck!

Clicked on the notification less than 10 seconds after it sounded, got in the queue with 10 minutes remaining but still was out of stock by the time I got onto the website. Better luck next time I guess.

Clicked on the link and got in the queue within about 20 seconds of the alert going live and Game still says out of stock if you try to pre-order just the console on its own, I can only guess that you can only buy the console in a bundle and not standalone though I wish Games site would say this and not still present the option to try and pre-order the console itself even though there isn't any stock.

I don't think they released any stock of the PS5 proper at all, users had to match the hat and t-shirt to buy it. This behaviour is very annoying.

Even if they force some games or grips to be bundled, I think it's acceptable. The single t-shirts and caps are just incomprehensible. A t-shirt like that is worth £30, who am I kidding.

This is crazy, I got the alert and was in their queue in seconds, I had a 10-minute wait and got into their site really quick, and they had all gone, how the hell is that why they gone so quickly?

I was the same. I tried to get the horizon bundle but it was gone. The base and cheaper bundles went quick, but I still ended up getting the GT7+Horizon bundle and I quite honestly wasn't that quick as I had to step away for a minute and was also checking other bundles

Just a little future update on that order. I paid, I authorized the payment through my banking app.. It was showing up in "Pending" - but then I realize I missed an email from game that my "payment failed" - How could it fail after I authorized it and it was already showing up in my pending payments. Doesn't matter. Stuff Game and their silly bundles of hats andcr*p nobody wants.
