Reserved 3 in 2 different stores 2 days ago. 1 was cancelled straight away. other 2 had all the confirmations, live chat even extended them. so drive for an hour to find that only 1 was available to collect. the other was also cancelled hmm

Oh no, I don’t think I’d react very well to that! I’m going to keep my fingers crossed and hope for the best. Had two orders cancelled the other night with all the errors so not very hopeful!

i have made 11 orders so far 8 been cancelled , awaiting for a refund iv had 2 in store but they will only do a free delivery of its in your local store so had to cancel them got 1 left 8miles away but il ring store up b4 i travel if they have the item iv paid for an have a recept for

Oh no, surely a big company like Argos should have a more efficient stock and ordering system. It seems like utter chaos. I think I’ll do the same by phoning in the morning before a 60 mike round trip with a newborn!

I’ve only reserved as my purse was upstairs and I didn’t want to delay! Sounds like I’m in for more disappointment m. I would tweet them but they have honestly been useless when I contacted them through DM yesterday!

yeah iv had full blown rows today online , on phone and i have lodged a complaint...reserved seems to be a waste of time am purchasing many as i can then once i get 2 il cancell rest issue is ur waiting for refunds up to a week so far they owe me £600..il carry on till i get what i want

Cheers! I’ve DM’d Argos and they are ignoring me so I’ve tweeted them. Clearly they’ve had enough of me. It’s easy to get rid of me though....just give me an LOL big surprise and 12 hatch always thingies 😂

Argos Ireland are as bad if not worse. Reserved last Saturday and received an email with reservation number to collect between Tuesad and Thursday. Needless to say not only was it not there but they said the reservation was incomplete! Even though phone number and email supplied.

They didn't even cancel my reservation. I emailed them and made more phone calls rather than make another wasted trip to the store. You'd get more sense out of a goldfish than trying to deal with them!

my advice be pay for it more chance they will have one in store for u , few issues can happen payments fail , someone beats u to it , payments can go through then a email.saying its been cancelled so.you have to wait for refund , no email at all and finally u pay for it get there and its not in store... 😂😂😂

Amazon usually over estimate on expected delivery times. I suspect delivery would be earlier. You can easily cancel an order if you find one in the meantime.

I ordered two from Amazon France and I never had a problem with them before. I bought the Elsa doll and Hatchimals from Amazon France and Germany in previous years and all good. Big thank you Stockinformer.

Just been and collected it with no issues.... well apart from a 60 mike round trip and my car being hit by and actual lorry on the way home! Not serious fortunately but she’d better appreciate this Christmas gift. And Father Christmas will get all the cr*dit!

I have rang Argos there is a decoy coming into stores a couple of weeks ago, and buying them in bulk and selling them on double the prices, Argos and other stores have noticed now and that is why there is no click and collect anymore!

As soon as stock comes in but doesn't let you reserve online call ring and reserve all you need is store code and product number and they will txt you the reservation, they released a load of luvabella dolls this morning but when I tried to reserve online it said none in stock manage to get one for my neice but ring and reserve 😊

Argos Ireland dont answer their store phones at all. I discovered this last week when I was trying to find out about my reservation and I ended up having to email them and then waiting two days for a reply.

There should be a check and reserve number you can phone its automated and you just follow the steps, hope that helps x

Thanks for all the hekp. Couldnt get through by phone so my husband walked down to Argos as soon as it opened and managed to reserve one for collection on Monday. Figures crossed that our granddaughter gets what she wants for her birthday. Feels like deja vue here last year chasing Hatchimals!

I managed to get one in my local argos yesterday. Online said they didn't have any. I popped in and asked and they had one! I couldn't beleive it especially as where i live is a small town. I feel so lucky.

Argos seem to have stock in some West Midlands stores and some Welsh stores. None within about 30 miles of my address though 😩 I have ordered from a French toy store and having it forwarded by Colisexpat as the store doesn't deliver to the UK. Has ended up approx £70, but by the time I got to a store with them in stock I would have spent the extra £10 on petrol!

It was King-Jouet. It isn't legit, and you can pay by PayPal. Colisexpat is a company I hadn't heard of, however there's loads of good reviews on Trustpilot for them. Fingers crossed it all turns out ok!

Now available to pre-order at Smyths. I have placed an order just in case (although it has been dispatched by King-Jouet). I should have been a bit more patient, but then again my closest Smyths is Salford and that's about 30 mile round trip 😩

Ring the store and check stock, I just got one from the plym store again even though the website says no stock anywhere, same as with the mini snes 0345 640 1010 .is the number then get your store code from the website, the item code which is 7254811 and the quantity and itll tell you if in stock or not.
