it was fashion world looks like they didn't get the stock - showed as a transaction on my account then showed as cancelled I spoke to them yesterday and they are cancelling them over the weekend / early next week,

I ordered through fashion world. Got confirmation email on Friday morning then a dispatch email this morning so hopefully some people have been successful.

So I got the email at 20:12, I ordered the PS5 bundle 1 or 2 I didnt bother with a 3rd choice. I sent my reply at 20:24.. I got the confirmation email next day.. and its been saying processing in my account ever since. So fingers crossed, my son is gogin to explode if I pull this off, one of them will have a XBOX Series & the other a PS5.. I cheekily ordered demon souls for myself too

They are really not that good at this are they ? Online chat said even though I was initially successful with confirmation email and the balance taken from my cr*dit account with them and all I had to wait was for the tacking number they are now telling me I was unsuccessful my point to them why mislead all of us in the first place as surely they must know how many they have got ? Would be interesting to know how many were successful then told they weren’t ?

Thought I’d just post my times for anybody wondering/still waiting: • Received a Jacamo invitation email at 20:11 on Thursday • Replied at 20:20 with my 3 options. • “Thankyou for your interest” message at 20:20 • Order placed message at 09:38 Friday morning (this apparently means nothing till you get a dispatch email.) • 07:50 today - dispatch email received. Still not getting my hopes up till it’s here though.

Also balance was taken regardless of the dispatch email on “hold” but on one of the emails it stated that order placed didn’t mean anything, it’s more of an acknowledgement that you’ve ordered so not to class it as you’ve got it until it’s dispatched

i had the email for the ps5 and replied asap and looks like its all gone ok it says its been dispatched and the money has moved from pending orders and taking straight from account just waiting to see if i get a tracking number now mine was from jd williams hope it all works out will have one happy boy on xmas day

They normally send them Parcelforce. I rang Parcelforce and gave my postcode, and they gave me a tracking number
