Hello all, any help at all order from BT Shop with the Broadband Access code - 13/01/2022 before 09:00am - order status as of today is 1 allocated at this point is it guaranteed that I have one which will be sent? I’ve read through the previous comments and it sounds like BT have just been s*** with communication but not cancelled any orders etc? Just looking for some clarity is all 👍🏻 P.S my friend also ordered one with the same process the same day but in the evening and she has had her order status says: Complete but she’s had nothing from Parcel force?

I ordered on 10th, and it arrived yesterday (12th) - delivered by ParcelForce. I didn't get any tracking information until I got the 'out for delivery' email from Parcelforce

Purchased 12th Jan 2022. You have to be an existing BT customer with broadband or similar. If you are, go to bt , login or create your login from your account number.
On the login page of bt scroll dow to offers, on ps5 click reveal button to reveal the code. Then click use and your taken to the bt shop.
At the time of posting this 2 ps5 types in stock, ps5 disc with extra controller. And ps5 with 12months ps plus.

I ordered the console&controller bundle yesterday at 11am and I've received the dispatch email at 8am this morning! It doesn't say who the courier is, and I don't recognise the tracking number format either

All the BT Shop access codes have gone? My friend has logged in to BT and can see the "Order your PS5" on "Your offers" but they can see no code anywhere.

I had that same problem. I was on my pc and did not have the code. Logged in on chrome on my phone and there it was the code. Get them to try that.

You have to have a BT contract, such as being a BT broadband customer. You then log in to your BT account and get the Shop dot BT access code via your offers on the main website.
I do not know if you can get the access code from a friend who is with BT and use it yourself.

Hi, I registered with the BT Shop website (shop.bt****) but I am not a BT contracted customer. My uncle has BT broadband - can he log in to BT****, get the shop access code, and give me the code for me to use on my BT Shop account, or would the code only work for his shop account?
Obviously, I don't want to buy a £450 console in his name on his account.

Mine was dispatched yesterday but still says advised in parcel force which means that is hasent entered there network yet and it's nearly 24 hrs now and it's meant to be express 24 delivery bit concerned now

Morning all, latest update from me, I have received two further emails from BT, one say that my order is on its way (yay) and the other containing the invoice. I ordered mine at around 9ish last Tuesday (7/12) for reference. I have just one last question, I am currently unable to view details via the Parcel Force tracking number BT gave me - BT did say it could take some time before I am able to do this but I was wondering how long it was before you guys could view the tracking details? And how long from receiving the aforementioned emails did it take for your order to arrive? Thanks all.

Hi LauraMc_2019, my payment still hasn't been taking, although I've received the invoice email so I suspect it will be taken at some point (probably when Parcel Force receive the package. My order has changed from being 1 allocated to dispatched though, i.e. it is no longer processing. Perhaps you ordered it at a later date/time from myself? From what I understand they dispatch them on a first-come-first-served basis?

I think given that the controller bundle has been listed again demonstrates those who bought this bundle last week will be receiving their orders soon.
I don't think they're picked in any particular order, many warehouses have faced staffing challenges but imagine most will be despatched this week in time for crimbo.

Morning all, for those who ordered the PS5 + extra controller bundle, mine has finally change from just 'processing' to '1 allocated' - is states 'This item is currently being picked by our warehouse team.' Still no email received or any indication about how long until it is delivered but I am guessing this is a step in the right direction?
Any one else if the same position? Any one who has received any sort of PS5, how long did the delivery take from this point? Thanks all.

Same here having exactly same messages as you my security is complete but just processing again. Rung BT twice but they cant give any help as BT shop is a separate department and the BT shop does not have a contact number only email which they are useless at replying back. Its usually an automated reply. Im thinking they have got stock ready because there is loads of us in the same situation here.

Managed to get through to BT Shop live chat. They're suggesting 10 days from order to delivery. So up to 7 days from Order point before receiving the tracking info. Therefore Monday or Tuesday next week and then delivery by Thursday/Friday next week.

As per live chat info above - order confirmation (payment taken yesterday morning), tracking info received yesterday evening, parcelforce website showing tracking confirmation this morning - so on track for delivery Thursday/Friday this week. (Ordered last week Monday 12pm). So 10 days but those placing orders closer to Christmas expect lead delivery time to be extended by a few days at least).

The cynic in me was wrong…..it said tracking number didn’t exist but tonight it said it had left national hub and on way to delivery depot so all good……I think they missed a step of checking it into local depot before it went to hub hence the 24?hour delay
