There's a current preorder backlog of 47 people. They think they'll be getting more stock to cover this back log the first week of December so there may be more available then.

Ah didn't know they'd updated the website. This is what a rep told me after days of back and forth about how long it's going to take. I was initially told I was In the queue. Then aftet asking how big it was told they have 47 left I don't know if that's both digital and disc though.

Just checked my Klarna app now saying order cancelled. I checked with them and they said it had been cancelled by the retailer. Recieved my acknowledgement invoice from Hughes and no further communication really gutted as I could have preordered elsewhere.

Update, this seems to be an issue with Klarna after several phone calls and messages the very helpful team at Hughes have sorted this out and my PS5 is now secured 😀

hi, did you just need to talk to people at Hughes or Klarna as well? I've just checked and have the same issue... is it just an error in the app?

Had to speak to both Klarna said the retailer cancelled originally which wasn’t the case turns out it had expired due to non shipment so I spoke to someone at Hughes who confirmed the order was not cancelled at their end they then contacted Klarna and eventually got it reinstated, I’ve confirmed with with them earlier it has shipped today

I have the same issue, i emailed them yesterday and got a reply about me checking the status " Good afternoon, thanks for your email. Unfortunately it would not be able to create an account at this point. I can confirm we have your order for the ps5" So looks like everything be fine.

In the same boat, noticed on my payment app it’s showing order cancelled this evening so called Klarna via web chat they are saying the retailer has cancelled the order today but I have had no further comms from Hughes after my acknowledgement invoice came through so assumed all was fine. I tried live chatting with them but the guy at the other end could only tell me it looks like the order is live, he seemed very unsure what he was doing though tbh so I’m not filled with hope. Think I’m going to have to wait till the next batch of pre orders and use a reputable dealer tbh

Yeah i got one also. I'm daving it for Christmas day and playing the xbox seris x in the mean time, so I'm not to fussed about delivery date. But for resource i hope so to.
