Ordered one today, just had an email saying they couldn't fulfill my order. Took £350 but could take up to 5days to refund... thanks!

What a shambles, I ordered 1 today too but computer error meant they couldnt fulfill my order. upto a week for funds to be refunded,1 ruined xmas thanks Smyths

Happened to me to. I would like to know why it can take up to 5 days for a refund. Nice little extra interest for them.

f***ing b**tards I've just flipped out in smyths St Helens I canceled my order with amazon and game and bought £ 200 worth of kit games camera controllers then get email saying they got no stock got to wait 8 days for refund its against consumer law to do that
