IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING
- Please DO NOT rely on receiving an email or push notification alert to find you stock. We will send notifications on a case by case basis. It is pointless us sending thousands of notifications if a retailer only has a few units of stock which get snapped up almost immediately. Just leads to further frustration.
- For very high demand products, don't be surprised if stock sells out in seconds. An online store may have only made a single unit available.
- Any irregular page refreshing or bot activity will result in an automatic permanent block from our server.
- Please do not attempt to sell on this forum. There is another well known website for that. Offending posts will be deleted and user accounts suspended without notice.

I ordered a Nintendo switch on the 27 when they were in stock and the money has been taken out my account. My estimated dispatch date was the 30/11/20 but I have still heard nothing. Should I just wait?

I preordered on the 18th, Ninetendo website says they are dispatching from the 22nd on a first come, first serve basis.
Checked today and my order is processing, but says expected delivery 29/12/20. I see others have that too. Hopefully that's a placeholder date until they know the real one!
For some reason if you check the history here it says in stock, when Nintendo says pre-order and has since I pre-ordered on the 18th. I wish Nintendo would be more transparent about what to expect.

I sent a message earlier today asking the same and have received a reply:
This seems to be an error on the site and we are working to get this dispatched out to you the week commencing the 22nd, once sent you will be notified and provided with the tracking information.

Mine said dispatched earlier! Then a few minutes later went back to processing, and now it's saying dispatched again. No email or tracking info yet. Will update when I get confirmation

TIP: If you bought a digital game, download it in advance. I was finally going to start Breath of the Wild and it says it will take an hour and 20 minutes to download - I really should have thought of that beforehand haha.

I ordered my switch from Nintendo on the 11th and today received the email saying about an apology in delay in dispatch but have had money taken from my account yesterday. Has anyone had a similar thing happen? Should my switch be dispatched already and maybe there’s been an issue with the email?

Pre-ordered the ring fit bundle on 08/06 within 20 mins of receiving the email but order still showing as processing. Anyone have any idea if there is a point leaving this pending or should I just cancel? Heard from Nintendo 3 times, 1 generic email about awaiting dispatch, another saying they are waiting for stock and one saying there is a delay in the supply chain

I’m in the same situation. I ordered the same bundle on the 8th too and they still can’t give me a dispatch date. My order is still processing and no money has been debited from my account. I don’t know what to do!

I'm also in the same situation, ordered the ring fit bundle on the 8th and the order still says processing. Every time I have contacted nintendo they just say there's a delay in the supply chain. they won't provide any time frame on when they will get the stock.
Not sure whether to just cancel the order seeing as if I ordered with argos I could have the switch delivered today and pick up the ring fit tomorrow

Yep I ordered the bundle yesterday I've got the 12 month pass and game codes already, case due for dispatch today and console due for dispatch 29.12.20 🤣 it said on ordering 2-4 days delivery on the switch 🤷♀️

Update from me - I also ended up cancelling. Had a very rubbish online chat with their customer support who couldn’t tell me if it would be days, weeks or months until it’s dispatched. Bought one on Very this afternoon and it’s expected by Monday!

it will be lost. I ordered form Nintendo and it took over 3 weeks to get my money back while they investigated. I would contact Nintendo and tell them to investigate so u can get a refund

Yeah. I have emailed them and they said they only give refunds if the parcel is sent back to them. Anyways it probably going to be a long winded thing of emailing back and forth, till I get a refund.
Its the same email with please wait till we get an update from the courier, which I haven't got from tracking since day 3 from when it was dispatched.

Lucky guys getting there's delivered. Hermes are so bad and I wish I had a choice about the delivery company.
It was driving up at 3am, got to hermes local depot, which is half an hour away from me, at 9am, in their system at 10am, driver has it at 12.30pm, undelivered at 7pm. I chose next day, and that happened. Great job.
Lucky people getting theirs when they ordered it.
