I preordered this one! I had to really get on at them and managed to get mine sorted, its been dispatched and due to be delivered Sunday/Monday. If you can, get hold of someone one live chat - they are more supportive and will try to sort it for you ASAP.

What bundle did you order? was it the Mario party one? I also got the email yesterday that the game was out of stock and they send me a digital code to download it but still no mentioned of dispatching the console yet. I order it on the 8th around 6pm and it has been in "Processing" for the last 3 days or so.. I have been thinking of cancelling my order as Amazon had it a yesterday in stock (not anymore) and GAME have loads of interesting bundle too but just clinging to the hope to see it dispatch soon.. 🤞

I talked to the online chat of Nintendo about the order and the fact we receive the download code but not the console yet and I was told that the console should be dispatch this week - not sure how reliable this info is.. guess we will need to wait and see throughout this week.

However, I do think if they sent you a 'sorry for delays' email that probably means you are in the boat as me prior to me being where I am now. Which isprobably the waiting game.

i preordered the grey switch and ring fit adventure bundle on the 8th and got no email 48 hours later to say if my order was successful so i messaged them and they got back to me this morning with a really confusing email saying exactly this " i am very sorry the dispatch email if successful was the confirmation it would appear you have not been successful on this occasion. if the order is left active once a restock is available we will fulfil the outstanding orders first." now, to me the first part of that makes no sense lol. but then i checked my bank account and 5 minutes after i received that email, the funds where taken out of out my account. i never recieved an email to say that the item was dispatched and online on their site the order still says its processing. so i am very confused and dissappointed by their customer service at this point!

It may say processing but if it mentions awaiting dispatch it means it’s about to be dispatched, could also be holding amount on account until they actually dispatch. Mine changed from order placed to processing and awaiting dispatch and there’s a pending transaction on my account.

UPDATE: Order dispatched! Finally a green status, 2 days after funds were taken from my account. Disappointed to see only standard delivery (expected Wednesday) when the website states orders over £200 should be next day - I’ll question them about this & see if I get anywhere with it! Roll on Wednesday...

Absolutely fuming with the service I have recieved from nintendo. I ordered my switch on the 1st. I have waited 10 days for my order. Yet people who ordered on the 8th are already getting their orders from nintendo. Believe me, il be sending in complaints about this service once I have gotten hold of my switch. Its unfair, and awful customer service. Im still in processing and was told i would receive priority over orders from the 8th. It doesn't look like this has happened.

Congrats to you too. Yes, I know. It’s just ridiculous. Particularly hate how they keep people hanging, not telling them they don’t get it so they can look elsewhere (some can’t even cancel their order) and how people who ordered later got their items dispatched first. I feel bad for those ordered on the 1st and still haven’t got their items. The whole system is just messed up. I actually have one back home (Hong Kong) but have left it for my sis to play when I moved to the UK, can’t believe I just paid 30% more two years later to get a new one and so hard to get too! Irony of life, I guess. 😂 😂 😂

Sounds like Nintendo made a serious error with respect to the orders made on the 1st June. They should have cancelled outstanding pre-orders as soon as they ran out of stock rather than continuing to leave these orders in the system as 'order placed' and 'processing'. That would have given anyone who missed out on 1st June the chance to pre-order again on the 8th June.

if you click on your active order it should show you a picture of your bundle and then 'awaiting dispatch' from what i can tell from the email i got if they've taken the money you have one coming. heres the email i got. ''Thanks for getting in contact with Nintendo. After checking your order I can see that this is currently being processed for dispatch by our warehouse team and this will be on the way to you shortly. Once this has left our warehouse you will be sent a further email confirmation that will also contain your tracking reference for your order. If you require any further information or assistance, please feel free to contact a member of our support team via your account. Kind Regards, David''

if i just click on active orders it says processing but clicking on my actual order shows waiting dispatch and its been like that since the 8th. if it doesn't ship today they're getting another email.

My order from the 1st is still in Order Placed. I don’t think Nintendo is playing fair at the moment with their pre-orders so suggest you keep an eye out elsewhere. I missed out at my local Argos twice with a grey one but won’t miss out on a third if they become available again

Ordered mine on Monday when the notifications came out, Nintendo had my money pending straight away and it had left my account yesterday. It’s now Wednesday 10th and my order still says ‘waiting dispatch’ :-/ Why did they take my money when they say they don’t do that until the switch is dispatching?

Yup. 2 automated reply's saying ‘we are working our way through them’ and ‘your order is in the warehouse stage’ No explanation to why they have held my money for 2 days without dispatch l.

Yeah not sure why they did that, they did that for me too. I'm pretty sure that the switches are being dispatched today tho (that's what it said on the website) so I wouldn't worry too much. If you don't get a confirmation email by the end of the day then I would drop them another email.

That means that they are probably planning for dispatch. Which if correct will be dispatched tomorrow. Itsquite likely that you got your hands on one.

So messaged them to ask them when will I know if stock has been allocated as Iv sourced elsewhere and would need to cancel if I havnt already been allocated one to receive this reply Thank you for getting in touch about your order. After checking this I can see your order is in the warehouse stage, please be advised that once this dispatches you should receive an email to confirm this. I apologise for the delay in this. What does this mean exactly? It doesn’t really answer the question if I have been allocated one or not

Finally. Some actual clarity for my order from the 1st. This is all I have asked for. For anyone else waiting for an order from the 1st. Here is your answer. They are expecting stock, which is possibly tomorrow. Hopefully, that means it will be dispatched towards the end of the week. Now I can stop bugging them and leave them alone as I really felt like i was getting annoying lol! I am truly sorry for the experience you have faced with the delay in regards to your order, we are working to get this sent as soon as possible, we are expecting more stock and as soon as we have this we will get this dispatched out to you and you will be notified and provided with the tracking information.
