I've got confirmation email and delivery details for tomorrow , I'm starting to think its too good to be through, I read comments from weeks ago where people said they got email that their order was cancelled and they had to wait days for refund. Does anyone know if getting delivery confirmation and tracking mean they will definitely deliver and not cancel. I'm anxious.

When I track mine it says that it's moved from processing to "the courier has received your order". I'm scared it'll get cancelled.

Ordered a switch this morning, then spoke to customer services 2 hours ago who confirmed I'd been successful and would receive my switch, only to have it cancelled now. Frustrated to say the least.

Just got the message now, so basically it was bulls*** when they did said they order has been picked, if it has been picked how can you then say you don't have the product. This is just unacceptable. I had to cancel my Nintendo order and i haven't gotten the refund back yet, now this again, that's over £600 gone from my account with no switch in sight.

I've just spoken to them, basically they didn't have stock today, they just wanted to collect people's money and use it for whatever it is they need it for. They never had no new batch of switch for sale. Surely this is fraudulent behaviour, they've done it before. Take people's money and cancel their order.

Just spoke with them as well, they had a major delivery apparanlty cancel on them so couldnt deliver...if that was true why was it out for "next day delivery"...3 day refund period

Sounds like they're screwing everyone about. I ordered the animal crossing switch bundle this morning and had the confirmation email come through at 9:22am. The tracking number is now saying the courier has received my order like they did for you. I've had an invoice through and they've taken money from my account. It's due to arrive on the 15th but I think it's too good to be true but they've not yet cancelled on me... Totalp**s take if they've taken cash knowing full well they don't have stock. I'll keep you posted on what happens. Hope you guys are successfull soon!

How did you find out your order was cancelled? I just received a phone call from AO saying they have ran out of stock in the warehouse so won't deliver it to me tomorrow but my order online says it is already with the courier... so weird! They don't know when the stock is coming back but will call me back on Monday... not sure if I should wait or ask for a refund.

It’s actually AO delivering it, I’m currently tracking them... the countdown is on haha! I’m sure you’ll be fine, this is my first time ordering with them and it’s gone smoothly. It should say your item has been picked later on today, fingers crossed for you! 😬

I got lucky and thanks to stockinformer, I received an alert for the animal crossing edition (which I wasn't after) - but I happened to check their website for stock on the grey console, which they happened to have and was able to order it before stockinformer could alert the rest of the UK 😇 🤞 But thanks to stockinformer, nevertheless 👍👍
