I've been trying for the past several days to get a Jotnar but not once have I ever managed to get it on my basket. I did snag a collector's edition earlier but I will keep trying to get a Jotnar as that map is too cool to miss out on.

Yes, we have already let the retailer know about this issue on their website though and hopefully it will be corrected soon!

I asked their twitter live chat a couple of hours ago, who said "Hi there, the item is currently out of stock on our website.", but haven't replied about why it appears to be available

I wish there was a consistency to them selling them like every Wednesday at 7.30am but there isn't they do it at any random time from 00:00-23.59 and the spacing is crazy we've had periods of weeks between them but there's been 4 today alone

It states price unknown which to me suggests that although they have become available, they aren't really. They go out of stock then they reappear but you can't add them to basket. So I would take those 4 instances with a pinch of salt. Unless someone can tell me that they got one today.

This is bulls*** stock informer. Where were my notifications via text and email? Wtf?! I've not been receiving notifications for a long time for things; looks like the system is broken.

To be fair, I think they've erred on the side of caution. Although the Game website has shown the "preorder now" option at various times, I'm not sure anyone has actually verified being able to purchase one - it always shows as out of stock when you try to add to basket. Notifications have been out a couple of times for the collectors edition, and I believe people have been able to purchase.
