anyone else had problems with receiving the item from Very? delivery date keeps getting moved and no one in customer service can give me a straight answer.

Cancelled mine after told March 2017 luckily was on buy now pay later,got mine fromJohn Lewis instead next day delivery

It's worth noting Very have just bumped the expected stock date right back, they are getting stock trickle in and are fulfilling those orders on a first come, first serve basis. If you look at the comments/reviews for the VR on very, you'll see quite a few people who have order over the last few weeks (whilst the expected stock date has been 1/3/2017) have been getting them dispatched/delivered. I imagine they've shoved the date right back in an effort to curb the volume of orders.

My husband preordered one on the 7th December with a expected delivery date of March 3rd. It was despatched yesterday and currently with the courier so looks like they don't have many pre orders if are fulfilling orders that fast!

did you get the dispatch notice/text and such? Thats a three day turnaround, although I put an order in tuesday and no luck so far, fingers crossed this week. If not though not too fussed, I managed to bag one for my son for xmas and no doubt I'll have a go on his (if he lets me!)

We went on in the evening and it said it was in stock and the pre order for march next year had gone so we ordered one and had confirmation straight away after ordering then next day had email saying yodel will be delivering the item on the 17th which they did.

Ah man, wish I'd checked back in, I preordered that morning with them well, fingers crossed anyway. FYI, theres a bit of software called Trinus PSVR that lets the PSVR work with PC (steam games, VR ones, etc) free and worth a look in

Could you elaborate on this? Did you call Carol Beer from Little Britain? There's no way they would confirm they are fulfilling orders, as it would just set them up for a complaint, theyll have "lines to take" regarding orders, and unless you get through to their office maverick, the one happy to bend the rules, a loose cannon if you will, not a single person you speak to will say otherwise.

Ordered mine on 28/12 and saw today that they had low stock. also saw a review from 5 days ago saying that they ordered theirs and got it delivered next day. I called VERY and asked how someone could get the theirs next day delivery when you haven't fulfilled your back orders yet? Guy just kept talkiing nonsense and avoiding the point. Gonna cancel soon as they're a bit of a joke.
